Heck of a Learning Curve

Starting this business has been such a learning curve. And I’m not talking about going through the city for permits and the tax stuff. Figuring out building a website, and slowing finding new things every day that don’t work, and figuring out how to fix them, has been exhausting. But honestly I become proud of myself every time I figure out how to fix one little nugget here or there. I am so glad I got started on this over the summer (for those who don’t know, I’m a school teacher by day). The CRM system I use is pretty cool. It lets me send contracts, handle payments, and deliver nice looking galleries. But that, too, has been a learning curve in itself. Having the time to try things, fail, google a solution, fail again, google more, and finally getting something to work is actually kind of rewarding. To the end user (hopefully clients), it simply means things work as they should. But for me, everything you click here on my site that works, is a little win for me. I’m proud of myself. And I am beyond grateful to those who have tolerated the growing pains so far.
